A platinum and 18 karat gold brooch set with a central cabochon turquoise surrounded by 184 brilliant cut diamonds, 40 brilliant cut rubies, and 8 small cabochon turquoises. The diamonds are set in flower motif clusters of 6. The rubies are set in flower motif clusters of 5 with a cabochon turquoise in the center of each. This brooch features a detachable yellow gold frame that allows for versatile wearing options.
