Antique Cabochon Emerald and Enamel Earrings 

A pair of antique yellow gold earrings with enamel, each adorned with three cabochon emeralds and a rose-cut diamond.  

Notably, a similar pendant is exhibited at the Tbilisi Art Palace Museum, where it was celebrated as a piece owned by the Queen of Georgia in the 1750's.
